Dutch football has a huge problem with hooliganism down to Amateur level. Just because some flag wavers got tickets for the Euro's doesn't mean they're suddenly all amazing fans.

Although my post specifically said national team. When it comes to club football, English fans are probably no worse than many other nations but that is more down to widespread CCTV and proactive policing, leading to convictions.Basically, most of the would be hooligans can no longer afford to take the risk.
