But Lambert is tactically inept. We clearly needed TWO strikers up front tonight. Minimal goal threat from us . Lots of meaningless possession ( mostly in our own half) but no cutting edge. 0-2 for most of the match snd still Lambert doesn’t change it . Clueless .

I was thinking at 70 minutes, we haven't had a lot (if any) real chances, we are 2-0 down. Why are we not changing something.

What does he think is going to happen. We get 2 goals from nothing? Could happen but very unlikely.

This 2 striker stuff is just bullsh1t a well coached side would be able to play 1 up front as the majority of teams play with now. People have to get away from thinking 1 up front is defensive it’s not.

All I would say is Norwood looked good tonight, but totally isolated

I don’t disagree with that but that’s where the midfielders need to be coached and have a game plan to support him.

Remember we had 2 up front last year and we didn’t look like creating anything of note most of the season.

That’s down to coaching and the lack of creativity has been an issue since Lambert walked through the door.
