The whole thing is bloody mental to be honest.
Over 10,000 (with many more expected) people have died, either directly or indirectly, as a result of CV, and we have some bells on the internet trying to make some spurious point about how this means the virus is less bad.
Because lets be honest, this is what its about isn't it? Trying to show that the virus isn't so bad after all and the UK, along with most of the bloody globe, are overreacting. |

The big chunk missing are people in care homes.
Someone on here suggested that in Spain/Italy they reckon that 40-50% of deaths happen outside of hospital - but they have more elderly populations. |  | | |

Hard to say I have a few friends who live in 'old people' care homes and there has been a few deaths but nothing abnormal. One friend said 9 people have died in his home over the last 2 months but normal given the age of those in the home. They think one was from CV, just waiting on the confirmation |  | | |
