It's actually quite complicated. Town are majority owned by Gamechanger 20, a consortium who are 90% owned by Ohio based investment group ORG. 5% of Gamechanger 20 is owned by the "3 Lions Fund", which is owned by the 3 Phoenix Rising co-owners. I believe Marcus Evans owns the other 5% so he may still be the single largest beneficial owner of Town. |  |
