Dane Scarlett 14:30 - Sep 30 with 1720 views | hype313 | Going to have to be on our toes against him tommorow, was chatting with a Spurs mate and he said the development team at Spurs are very excited about him, they think it won't be long before he is knocking on the 1st team door after his loan spell. Him and Bishop up front concern me a little tommorow.

I assume you'd drop the Wolf to the left side with that being the case You can't have Keogh dovetailing the central defender?

There's only 1 role Keogh can do in this side and its in the middle of the back 3. I don't like the idea of Woolfy on the left though so for me IF Keogh comes in it's a straight swap for Woolf. I wouldn't do that btw, same back 3 as Plymouth for me.

Does Keogh have the pace for this role? Especially against Pompey's strikers, I'd be nervous about that one.

Dane Scarlett on 14:48 - Sep 30 with 1594 views | Exiled2Surrey | I don't disagree - the numbers they are putting up as a pair are impressive. But, as a matter of interest, did your Spurs mate also note whether the development team still consider Troy Parrot to be the next Harry Kane? On another note, there has to be some ecclesiastical gag about Scarlett and Bishop up front, doing battle with a Christian and a diminutive Chaplin - but I cant think of it
Dane Scarlett on 14:55 - Sep 30 with 1544 views | LankHenners | Very much a handful that pairing which will cause a lot of teams problems. Know a couple of people who are decently ITK at Spurs and say much the same that the club are very excited about his potential. Pace and good movement which can be used more effectively when a battering ram like Bishop is there to occupy defenders and create space. Having a little look it seems like he plays mostly on the right of the front 2 (though does drift around) so primarily will be up against Fridge which will be an interesting battle. Think JD would ideally be the man to deal with a threat like that but we'll see. Cutting out the supply to them probably the best bet to stop them.

Interestingly, Keogh went central when he came on against Sheffield Wednesday, leaving Woolfy rather out on a limb for the second goal, and I did wonder if we wouldn't have conceded with Woolfy playing as the central last man.
