What about if there is a path or patio to disturb and relay to get the posts in? Maybe a bit of tarmac right up to it? Maybe drainage running nearby? No one here has seen it, but the blokes already a cowboy. Just get another price and see.

Labour rates in between £30 to £40 per hour is the norm now if it’s one man there all day plus gate, hardware, posts, concrete, margin on materials and labour it’s probably going to be hard to find anything drastically cheaper.

My stepfather was a fence builder for years that is way over the top unless there are some seriously extenuating circumstances.
