Forgive my ignorance but this seems genuinely impressive from an ITFC fan 17:16 - Mar 14 with 2949 viewsMullet

I assume that's verified and they don't just include bots etc? So essentially he's built a fanbase as big as the club's home attendance?

Pretty sure he knocks all other ITFC fan media into touch doing numbers like that, which is mad given the quality of KOA, Blue Monday and Naked Footy compared to what other clubs manage.

Yea fair play. Not sure how many of those watch every video or if other clubs' fans have subscribed for 'bantz' but that's decent.

Truly impaired.

The club's YouTube highlights gets about 68 views.

I didn't mind blue Monday a while ago but found them so, so long-winded. The post match review was longer than the game.

He seems to be appreciated more by neutrals than ITFC fans which is a shame.

I actually quite enjoy him, even if it is in a David Brent way at times. Regardless of what I think, it's definitely quite an achievement and fair play to his commitment. It must have taken a lot of hard work and he has received dogs abuse from some of ITFC's most notorious online bullies in the past, and he stuck at it. Fair play to the fella I say.

EDIT - I also think he has found quite a good (not so) niche market that hasn't been fully explored, and if he can adapt it and make it slicker he could end up being quite a wealthy man. He just needs a fraction of Arsenal TV's viewers to make a comfortable living from this.

Mr Griffin - pop me a DM if you need a manager.

Yep, he's very enthusiastic and also includes local cafe reviews which is a nice touch - also, Mrs Oozami sings in the same Ipswich choir as his Mum so I know how hard he works at it!

Fair play to him honestly. Done well to build up a good base. It's becoming more and more common to see fans of clubs making these channels and doing matchday vlogs after the success of the Arsenal TV Group.

He's pretty levelheaded when it comes to analysis. Not totally pessimistic or optimistic which is good. The lad who does the vlogs for Fleetwood was very fair when it came to our matches as well I thought

He gets a lot of hate on twitter from Town fans which irritates me. Why kick a lad who has built up a good following, is obviously making a bit of money from it as he can afford to watch two or three matches a week and gets to Glasgow for Rangers games fairly often? Jealousy?

Clubs pay a small fortune for social media content and whether us older fans understand it or not this is the way clubs engage with their fan base these days. More power to the lad.

If my knowledge of YouTube views is correct, unless you are hauling in millions you aren't making much money. 'Youtubers' make money off sponsors, as the money that comes is only through views not subs.

But you are right, he is harmless. Bit strange but whatever makes people happy.
