So apart from Evans 23:26 - Feb 16 with 714 viewschrismakin

Who else do we have a club that can effect what goes on in the league?

O'Neill - literally does nothing? or is he in charge of contracts and is rubbish at negotiating?
Klug - Not as good as we think?
Butcher - bad influence, always talking behind the managers back maybe?
Vera the Tea Lady?

Genuine question, I don't really know who he could mean by everybody which would have an effect on itfc being run the way it is

The physio position is open for debate.

Well none of them can tell the truth.

He said we haven't been good enough for weeks. His coach Gill said the posh performance was disappointing. However Stuart Taylor seems to think the same game we were unlucky not to.win.

The lot of them need to go

Thinking about it - he said for the last 11 years didn’t he?

I think it's more what we don't have that is the issue.

A proper CEO and DoF for a start.

The managers suffer from a lack of infrastructure and leadership to the club.

There are possibly "gagging orders" written into contracts. No one on a few grand a week is going to blow the whistle.

Don't care how anyone dresses it up.

Association Football is a simple game:
The objective is to win games, amass as many points as possible, finish as high up the table as possible. Also, win knock out cup games.
To accomplish the above you score more goals than the opposition
To score goals the ball needs to be kicked in the direction of the opponents goal, to do so required possession in the attacking third of the pitch

What I'm saying is... DoF, CEO. Don't score goals

Very short sighted response.

Having a solid infrastructure allows a manager to concentrate on managing and coaching.

It’ll be a number of things.

Nobody down there who handles end to end communications and PR effectively. There used to be a team of experienced people dedicated to that and what they have now isn’t a patch on that. Puts a lot of the pressure on the manager to communicate which can’t be easy when things aren’t going well on the pitch regardless of where the blame lies for that. Ian Milne was also much better at it than the current crop.

There’s no management or authority. It’s been widely known for some time that there are serious issues at the training ground within the camp - Evans leaves all that to the management which isn’t appropriate. Both Lee and Lambert independently report to Marcus. The structure is wrong.

Who is reporting everything back to Evans? It shouldn’t take national articles to get his attention to issues. People naturally protecting their own positions which in many cases are not influenced by overall results because nobody is empowered to do anything.

As has been said for ages - it needs a proper football director for the manager and Lee to report to. We have plenty of people in and around the club that could do that.
