Not according to the TV coverage, could be wrong though.

Appeared to be checking whether the keeper had the ball under control - clearly not.

I am not sure on today's update on what constitutes hand ball but no hand was involved or arm, could have hit the shoulder but the impact was point blank.

It seemingly was not given for the foul but I agree that there was a stronger case for handball. Although, again, that wasn't conclusive.
