....any recommendations for a reasonably priced model?

As luck would have it, I have recently bought one of these for my dad for his birthday on the recommendation of my brother who already has one in his place in Scotland. He (my brother) has got some pretty good results with it so far.
I'm not sure what reasonably priced entails, but we got a Bushnell 24mp Core Prime Trail Camera, currently listed at £129.99 on Amazon (I haven't looked around as that's the link my brother sent me).

Thanks for that, Bushnell is what her that knows best has been looking at! Older models about £40 second hand.

I bought one of these last year to film wild boar trying to get into my allotment

Works well but only issue which I think can be tweaked was it was a bit too sensitive to movement, got hundreds of photos and video on a windy night.

Got some good shots of a barn owl visiting my pond and some deer I didn't realize were in the area.

No recommendations but interested to hear what you and get and how you get on with it.

Would quite fancy a camera setup in my garden - we're regularly visited by a Fox, and a female Sparrowhawk also makes regular dinner trips to 'remove' wood pigeons from the premises. its a one sided dust-up, but sometimes you have to let nature get on with it.

I am curious to know exactly how many rats have recently started excavating our greenhouse since the harvest!

That'll be cost of camera + retro-fitted 6" of concrete reinforced with narrow-gauge wire mesh!

Also been thinking of getting (for hedgehog-watch), so interested in reviews.
