It will be interesting to see where he ends up, and what career he has.

Most of us were excited by his potential, but hard to argue that he has demonstrated much against that just yet. The Colchester loan move looked perfect for him, but it was evidently a disaster.

He's become another version of Ian Westlake. So much promise but for some reason hasn't pushed on.

Ian Westlake was a lot lot better than Dobra.

No. Westlake had an excellent career here and left us for one of the biggest clubs in the country where he unfortunately suffered from injuries and form problems. You can’t say that of Dobra.

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!

I wonder if he'll get a Prem move (Brighton the obvious link) and then loaned out to Chesterfield.

Just meant in terms of promise. Has some great natural ability to go really far but for some reason not fulfilling it.

No need to worry, you just need a simple change of username to "ALUKOzam" or "Open SeSAMMORSY".

Hope that helps!

More of a Josh Carson.

Westlake had a reasonable first team career here.

Not like Westlake at all.

Closer to a Den Bowditch, lots of potential but not good enough to make it here, or Billy Clarke. Both went on to have good careers at a lower level.

Can't think of too many loans that have stone cold killed a players future at the club before, injuries aside. Clearly that is on Dobra himself, to go from turning down multiple Premier League bids to mutual termination is extremely disappointing.

Correct decision for me.

Dobra is one of those that's held in much more regard than he deserves because he was a bright spark for a little while in a shower of darkness.

Over several years and several managers he has failed to do anything of note when given an opportunity, including against lower league teams and U21 sides and even failed to do anything at a club that has Cole Skuse as their player of the season and where Freddie Sears is still lethal.

Skuse and Sears are an absolute mile of what we have build now, which shows how far behind Dobra is.

I play with several youngsters on a Wednesday nights that can dribble like Dobra but none of them will be troubling our first team! Whether it's talent or mindset, clearly he's some way off and sadly, despite hoping he'd go on to be a real star here, I'll probably end up remembering him more for his temper and some of the silly challenges he put in.

Would like to see him do well, but can see him being a League Two squad player at best, but hopefully this is the thing he needs to motivate himself to do as well as he can career wise now.

Westlake was virtually ever present for two seasons in teams that made the Championship play-offs, and was Player of the Year in the first of those. Maybe he didn't push on after that, but you can't really compare his Town career to Dobra's.

A real shame, and shows how up and down football can be - the stand out in pre season last year, but because of a haphazard summer of signings because of what went before he ended up so far down the pecking order when he had done enough to be a regular in the 18.

Picks a loan move that seemed well suited and then it doesn't work and he is then released and appears to be heading into the non leagues - to sign for a manager who he flourished under in pre season but then was pushed down pecking order under.

Funny old game, of course I wish him well and he has some fantastic attributes - could still see him making a good career out of professional football and being a success story for the academy
