No breasts, no. Legs and thighs man as a rule. It's never really been on my radar to be honest and I've not bothered about it, but fancied something different so now getting on with it. Had a skim over several recipes and they seem to differ on the skin thing. Thing is, with no skin the meat absorbs the spices better of course, but can't have it both ways I guess. | |

Agree. Trouble is I have to breasts for the family and do thighs for myself. Thighs are a different level of flavour. I've just eaten the last of a midweek chicken tagine and finished up the boys bit of breast and compared to my piece of thigh , it doesn't compare. Its not that easy to get chicken breast with skin on these days unless you go to Waitrose, which I don't. | | | |
