I don't think that is the case, his age may have got better of him now - but he's someone who has got very close twice and then injured |  |

Great news for him. Would love to see him in and around the squad this season (particularly the EFL trophy)
Looking at his record though at 22 with about 14 appearances (most of which are as a sub and in L2 or national league) he’s probably not going to have much of an impact this season, given who we’ve brought in this summer.
I just hope he can keep himself fit and healthy and go on to have a decent career, which probably won’t be with us after this season |  | | |
